Bells Pumpkin Patch 2022 Makers Marquee Application

Apply to trade in our new Makers Marquee at Bells Pumpkin Patch 2022! Bells Pumpkin Patch is the biggest in Lincolnshire and one of the largest in the UK and has tens of thousands of visitors each year.

All spaces are under our Makers Marquee. You will be required to bring your own table and chairs set up. You will have space for a 6ft table only. We would love for you to involve at least one Pumpkin or Autumn related item on your stand or decorate your stand for the season!

Please note: Electricity is not available at this venue. Traders are expected to bring their own tables and display equipment and erect these themselves.

  1. All application forms must be completed in full with a copy of your Public Liability Insurance in order to secure your booking to lincolnshiremakers@outlook.com. Organisers reserve the right to request further documentation as required.
  2. This is an application form – you will receive an email within 30 days of returning this form to let you know if you have been successful or not. If successful, you will be sent the payment instructions. A pitch is not reserved for you until it has been paid for in full.
  3. This booking must be paid within 15 working days of receiving your confirmation of application via BACS. Payment details will be sent on confirmation of application. Any cancellations made less than 2 months prior to the event will not be refunded.
  4. Each trader must undertake to comply fully with trading standards, health and safety, environmental health, licensing and all other relevant legislation.
  5. We reserve the right to limit the number of any one craft per event, so bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis. If organisers find traders exhibiting items that they have been asked not to bring in the matter of duplication or health and safety, those items will be removed from sale at the event immediately, failure to do so will result in the trader being asked to leave the event, without refund and refusual to trade at further events.
  6. Traders will be expected to adhere to any government guidelines in relation to COVID 19 as stated at the time of the event.
  7. Please remove all litter at the end of the event and leave the venue as you found it.
  8. In any eventuality that we have to cancel the event, your booking fee will be refunded in full. The organisers or the venue shall be under no liability in any way whatsoever in respect of any expenditure, damage, liability, or loss sustained or incurred by the trader.
